This hotel was clean and featured friendly, excellent staff at the reception desk.

It was clean with particularly helpful staff. Double room had a very spacious bed. A private safe, a minibar, and an electronic key card were good. The location was ideal for exploring this upscale area, short walk to the GRU airport and shops and restaurants. Places like Cliffe High Street were just a short walk away from from here too.

Good values for the city

Location: the hotel was really close to all best restaurants of the city are located, and Ibarapuera park. The venue rooms were new-fashioned and functional with the internet, great views and real desk.

This place is pretty clean, and the staff at the reception are really friendly. It has an excellent location in a nice area. 🌟.

A pleasant 4 star hotel designed for business travellers. Room comfortable though bathroom rather small.

The location here is fantastic, with many restaurants nearby, and it's easy to grab a taxi; the room is pretty spacious with some great views, stayed for 6 nights.

Flat screen tv, good air conditioning.

We did not like the fact that on the website they advertise that they have free wifi. Infact, they have 2 wifi options. The first option is free but an incredibly slow dialup connection which takes at least 30 seconds to view a page. Even the front desk staff said it was unusable. Instead, guests have to pay 15 Reals per day to get a normal speed wifi connection. It is not a lot of money, but considering the room rate, and the misleading hotel spec, we refused to pay for it during our stay (after a very lengthy discussion with the hotel manager) The gym was also not always opened early in the morning as advertised and once it was closed with a sign up saying "due to bees". This was very frustating.

Good location, spacious and comfy room, friendly and attentive staff, nice breakfast, rooftop pool and gym with great views, lots of dining options nearby.
